another friend lost

My best friend from Ohio died suddenly in 2011. She had was 72. Her husband of ten years had met her online in a seniors computer chatroom. I was hoping to go see him this summer. I wanted to contact old friends or look on Facebook and see pf i could visit.
I saw mutual friends in the grocery store today. An old married couple they knew. To late they said "he died a couple months ago.".
They said how much she loved me like a daughter. I know I told them how gave me the news when she died in his arms. She spent the last 10 years of her life in with her new love. Some how seeing him would have been inspiring. This hurts.

I am so very sorry.
They were so lucky to have found each other and to have had those ten years together. They are a true inspiration to all of us on here who fear we will never find love. I hope that your memories of them will help you at this very sad time.

I'm sorry to hear that sounds very sad. It was nice that they found each other and at least ended their lives on a good note, though.
