If you have hi-fi headphones: anything. Then again, hi-fi speakers are still better.

Definitely anything very layered or ambient, though (e.g., "Alison" by Slowdive). I'd recommend My Bloody Valentine's "Loveless" album, but you have to be into noise or you'll hate it.
