He's basically just advertising his own website/forum. If you look at one or two of his other threads, he's doing the same thing.

The site looks very cluttered and messy, and I'm afraid I have to say I close the window in fear and panic the same way as if I had stepped out my door in to the horid maw of a twelve-headed alien Spidbeast.

I am glad he has been banned, he caused alot of problems here a couple of years ago.
