Sorry for your loss.
I'm 57 and I've always been alone (never had a GF even).
So I know how it feels -- except I'm very used to it so it doen't bother me as much.
Hope things start turning around for you.

Yes I'm retired, but no hobbies, my latee wife was my hobbie, took all my time, I guess I have to find one now

Yes you do, and should have already had one. We need to be our own people as well, even when in a close loving relationship. Your wife wasn’t a hobby, though. I know what you meant, but your thought process is important to how you tackle life. Are you able bodied? Exercise much? Just getting out there walking is a good start.
