Hi everyone, it's great to find this forum. Until this year I never felt lonely but for reasons I don't understand thats how I'm starting to feel. My husband cleared off with someone else 7 years ago and that was ok after the first year. Then my son left home which was good. My daughter's only just left and I feel sorry and ashamed to say in recent years we have argued a lot, over stupid things like helping around the house. Anyway, I feel more relaxed now she's moved out and it's what she's wanted for ages. However, we've rowed badly and I feel devastated and tonight just can't relax so have spent ages reading through lots of the posts and bingo, this is what I need. Just typing the above has already helped and I look forward to joining in with you all.
