When I was 16-17, I was in horrible physical shape. Last night I realized that I was in better shape than I was when I was that young, and I'm 31 now. Everything was messed up when I was younger. Bad knees, ruined back from an bicycle accident, and generally lack of endurance. Over the years, somehow, going unnoticed, I was slowly healing and becoming more durable. My back is still bad - that never is 100% but I can do more things with it than before(although I will admit that I often feel that it's simply on borrowed time, but hopefully by the time my back can't deal anymore, I'm already retired from workforce).

I'm glad I'm not a physical wreck anymore.

Hey Midnight Sky, glad to hear that your physical health has improved. I do hope that it continues to do so and that you'll feel a lot better soon. Take care!
