The things I want in life must be a million miles away.
Decades beyond the horizon, on some far distant day.
And as I descend into madness, apathy draws close.
The human inside, it drains and dies. the parasite killed the host.

Make it slow down!
I'm going to drown!
Help me! I'm lost.
What is the cost of finding my way?
Lost too much blood!
Drown in the flood!
Look at me now.
Can I stay alive somehow?

The future is a terrifying threat of the unknown.
Nasty hellish nightmare cause I don't know where to go.
Did not know the road I'm on would lead me to this place.
Days went by, now years are gone.
And now I've lost the race.

MAKE IT SLOW DOWN!
I'm going to drown!
HELP ME! I'm lost!
