It is the rule of life, my brother
No matter how far you go you'll eventually end up where you began
No matter how much you change; you'll turn your head to where you're happy again
No matter how much you tame it; you can never silence the monster inside your brain
No matter where you go, my brother, let yourself not forget
Everyone, every soul, one day returns home; with or without regret

I believe what you said was said from your heart
But many a time what is said today; tomorrow is torn apart
Keeping the promises and vows we make ourselves is so often
The first thing to escape our minds and become forgotten
If one day emptiness replaces high mountains blue skies and the endless white coast
Why should a human being deprave himself of joy because of a love that for now is lost
Is it love that chases fate or fate that chases love
It is a riddle yet unanswered but in the clouds above
