I conducted this EXACT SAME EXPERIMENT.

I wasn't trying to prove any kind of a point, though. I was just being lazy. Of course, this reasoning didn't alter the effects in any way. In fact, I was problably worse off, because I wasn't exclusive to McDonalds. Burger King, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Arby's... Ugh. I was in BAD shape.

Cutting out the fast food (and the soda) has done wonders for my health.
