Hi Im Redgem

I have just found this site and thought I would Join, Im 34 and suffer with very bad Anxiety/panic attacks and very bad deppresion, I don't have anyone friend wise that I can talk to openley how Im feeling I seem to cover it up all very well, I don't know anyone who suffers the same as me and it would be nice to find anyone who knows what im going through.
