My dad is planning on moving me and my older brother to the Philippines.
So i wanted to see if i can legally separate myself from him so i can avoid moving when ive finely found a place to fit in ;C I have no desire to move there..... And it scares me that i might HAVE to go. any help? also i ant talk him out of it.

Not sure there's anything you can do about it as a minor.

Your only option is to run away from home, which is a pretty poor choice.

How old are you? Are you almost at school leaving age and old enough legally to live on your own? If not, is your mum still around? If so, and if she is living separately from your dad, could you move in with her?

Short of waiting till you are 18, you could try to file for emancipation with a family court depending on the laws of your local area. This essentially makes you legally an "adult" in terms of making your own decisions. Though you're going to need to be able to back up your case by showing things like employment and that you are able to handle being such.
