You do what's good for you and don't worry about what anyone else thinks.  It's ones own personal preference and no one should shame anyone else for how often or how little they pleasure themselves or how long they can go without it.  Studies have shown there are benefits to masturbation, even for married people in committed relationships with a healthy sex life.  As for your own sexual urges and needs, if all you want is sex maybe all you need is a "fresia buddy" or professional who can service that need for you.
