I especially like number 1 and 15. Ive always been horrible at introducing myself to new people. In fact, I honestly just dont introduce myself to people. For example I find it is easier to just sit back in my classes and be in my own bubble than pursue conversation with a stranger. But I dont like the way I act. Its really a self-destructive behavior.

I should try to apply these more...
 
There are some good points there.
But the first one-what is the worst that could happen-is probably not so good for those of us with an overactive sense of worry:-( I know that we are supposed to think of something awful and then feel good that it didn't happen, but sometimes what does happen can be just as bad. Sorry to sound so negative here.
