I didn't watch the video so my comment is based on the title of the thread. First there is only a 'problem' if those involved don't agree on the situation. Obviously, I can only speak from experience but I've been in committed relationships and just sexual relationships. If a person is only interested in sex and they are honest about it then there shouldn't be a problem. Then again, I am a simple person. I get that some people wouldn't want to just be sex for someone else and that is perfectly fine, but if thats the case then dont get involved with someone sexually until you know their intentions. Sex is easy, relationships are or can be hard. Sometimes its better to just take the easy path.

Finished you kill me As some on here may know, I am always conducting in depth research on the modern landscape and conditions of dating. The hook up culture is damaging but I think the biggest issue right now is not hook up culture as only a few lucky or unlucky percentage are at it anyway lol The huge problem is porn addiction... and men (sorry to throw you guys under the bus) that are addicted to women who just... do not care for them.

Most of the guys here are in no position to be picky, but personally there's something icky about being physically intimate with a person you don't care about and don't particularly want to see again. Although it's not so easy to take the high road if it were a choice between that and decades of nothing. At least people who hooked up can say they lived and experienced something.

I just feel like a man should want to be intimate with women they don't care about, but it may have be due to the programming. I grew up hearing that it makes a man a better father and husband later in life if they spend some years sleeping around like dogs lmao. I cant lie, sometimes I wonder if thats why men are becoming slightly obsessed with women, trying their best to feel something they dont feel to justify wanting to sleep with them? I don't know, maybe experience would have allowed me to move on instead of still finding 22 year old's attractive like some creepy old *******. I still have a preference for monogamy though and the idea of hooking up then bumping into them again seems horribly awkward. "Oh, hi, er.. how's it going?"
