After 10 and up around 5 if I'm on a normal sleep cycle. Until I stop doing this over night honeysuckle at the old lady's my sleep cycle will continue to be off. This weekend I slept maybe 4 hours total and that was interrupted. Im going to bed at 10 tonight and hope I sleep through the night.
