When I'm feeling down, it usually cheers me up to list all the good things in my life, that I'm grateful for... So here goes!

I'm grateful for:
- having pretty decent health
- having parents who love me
- having a caring and supportive ex-husband
- having friends online to talk to
- fun TV shows, movies, books, and games
- beautiful summer weather
- living in a relatively safe area
- my faith in God
- the fact that tomorrow is a new day, and a chance to do better.

Who's next? :)

That's a good list, Ashariel. :)

I'm grateful for
- life
- having empathy
- good people in this world
- all the things i have in this life e.g. decent paying job, a home, family etc
- having been loved (even though it's lost now)

I think this is a good thread. Sometimes we tend to forget the things that we already have and become ungrateful as we only keep focusing on what we don't have.

- my healthy, able, lithe body.
- my ability to learn things.
- Loving, supportive family
- Amazing friends
- Financial stability
- cats
- my ability to relate to other people.
- cats
- food and drink
- all of my senses.
- a source of clean drinking water.
- rain.
- This website and the lovely people on it!

...

- cats.

- benefits to live in a first world country
- have a place to live for now
- one kind person I have
- no very serious issues of physical health

I am grateful for every day I get to open my eyes. Corny, I know, but with so many horrible things that can happen to anyone at any time, I really am.
