I actually think that any job can be worthwhile and interesting.

I'm not sure there's ANY "worst" job.

Unless you count child-soldiers in Africa or something... but I wouldn't call that a "job" so much as exploitation and abuse. lol

I actually think many jobs can be terrible depending on the conditions you do them in. It makes me think of the documentary series here "the most dangerously place to be a..." where they take British people abroad to do their job. The last series it was a bin man, a fisherman and a train driver. It was incredibly eye opening. Three jobs that here in Britain may seem everyday but place them in countries with horrendous poverty, corrupt systems or environmentally dangerous conditions and they become something completely different.

Every story reduced me to tears. Any job where you are treated like nothing, disregarded or your life is in danger just to feed your family is the worse job.

Working on a pig farm. It was the absolute worst job I ever had. They stink. They try to eat you (the boars do anyway). My employer was a tightwad Dutchman who had temper tantrums almost hourly. Lunch was included in the job- his wife served boiled pork pretty much every day. NO spices. I was given the death stare if I didnt eat more than a morsal. She was the worst ******* cook ever (she was/is the antithesis of Gordan Ramsey). After the first week I brought my own lunch.

I lasted a month- I must have been going through a period of self-loathing to have even lasted that long.

I haven't been able to eat pork in over 25 years because of that job. Even the smell of it makes me homicidal!

I really, really, Really, REALLY despise swine. Even more than a Moslem does.

Yeah, to be honest I think I'd feel really, really cheap if I had a job like that.

I mean, getting intimate with your partner would cease to mean anything significant at all. You'd also probably get used to the most unrealistic aspects of all that stuff too, so you'd be more hyper-critical of your own body and the bodies of others.

I imagine it'd also be a very, very shallow business too. Definitely a contender for crappy jobs IMO.

Dog Food Tester (Because it's supposed to be safe for us to eat)
Coconut Tree Engineer (Making sure they don't fall on peoples heads)
Tissue Blower (Testing the texture of tissue)

I wouldn't say that they're really THAT bad. But it's pretty far from the common job.
